Can I buy a replacement strap for my watch?

Where can I replace the battery for my watch?
Klaus Kobec carry out service and repairs on all our watches. A new battery and service cost £14.95. Please send in to our repairs department:

Do you repair Zeitner watches?
Yes we do repair some Zeitner watches please call us on +44 (0) 845 345 4409 to ensure we have parts for your watch.
My watch is out of warranty can it still be repaired?
We repair all of our watches providing we have the parts in stock please call us before sending your watch in on +44 (0) 845 345 4409.
Do you accept cheques as a method of payment?
The answer again is yes we do. Please make all cheques and postal orders payable to "Direct Mail Services ltd". You can pay for a watch order or repair by cheque by sending to the address as above.
I have a Klaus Kobec Football watch can I have that repaired?
All Football and Rugby watches can be repaired at the Manchester Repair Centre, please contact:

I live abroad is there a watch repair centre local to me?
Our repair centre is located in the UK all repairs should be sent back to us insured delivery. All U.S customers please contact Timepieces USA email@example.com

I have placed an order and have not received my watch where is it?
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery takes 3-5 working days to be delivered.
Special Delivery if ordered by 12pm will be shipped for next day delivery on that day, excluding weekends. Orders placed by Friday 1pm will not be received until Monday-Saturday delivery is more so please call us on +44 (0) 845 345 4409.
Overseas Delivery please do not select UK shipping methods as your watch can take up to 14 days for delivery. All overseas orders are requested to call our customer services as delivery charges vary.
Please also note that if you have not received a confirmation email to say that your order has been processed and dispatched-check your email or contact number to ensure that the order has gone through.
The Mother-of-pearl dial isnt as it is in the picture?
Mother-of-pearl is a natural product and comes in different colours and textures, this varies from watch to watch and may differ from the mother-of-pearl in the picture. You will be please to know your watch is unique as mother-of-pearl is never the same.
Are the diamonds in your watches real?
All our watches come with a Diamond certificate.
What does the Water Resistance mean?
Water resistance 50 metres or 5 ATM (150 feet):
It is wearable around household sinks, while playing sports, and in shallow water. It should not be worn while scuba diving.
Water resistance 100 metres or 10 ATM (333 feet):
It is wearable around household sinks, while playing sports, and while swimming or poolside diving. It should not be worn while scuba diving.
Water resistance 300 metres or 30 ATM (990 feet):
It is wearable around household sinks and while playing sports, swimming, and scuba diving at depths not requiring helium gas.
Why are your watches discounted so much?
Here at Klaus Kobec we design and manufacture the watches and cut out the middle man therefore making beautiful watches affordable to buy.
I have received my watch and would like a refund/exchange how do I do this?
We are happy to exchange/refund all watches purchased direct from us within 30 days from date of purchase, you will receive a full refund on the cost of the watch excluding postage. Please send the watch back in to us with a cover note requesting this.
I have sent my watch in for repair where is it?
We aim to get all watches repaired and out to you within 7-10 days from receipt of the watch. Please call us if you have any queries.
