We endeavor to supply only the highest quality product and believe you will be delighted with your purchase from klauskobec.com. However, for your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 30 day refund or exchange promise. If you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible for your convenience.

Delivery Times
We endeavour to ship all orders within 24hrs.
Interlink- £7.95 Up to 5 working days. 
UK Next day delivery if ordered by 12pm will be with you the next working day. 
International Delivery - Please call our customer services regarding cost. Also, please be aware that you will have responsibility for payment of any taxes, tariffs or duties that your country may require.
Please note for next delivery you must place the order before 1pm.

Cancelling Orders
You may cancel an order with us within 24hrs of placing your order. To cancel an order please contact us on +44 (0) 845 345 4409.

Returns
We are happy to exchange/refund all watches purchased direct from us within 28 days from date of purchase, Under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs), a customer returning goods within seven days is entitled to a full refund and the initial delivery charge. The law does not cover the cost of returning the unwanted items. Any watches received after seven days from date of purchase you will receive a full exchange or refund on the cost of the watch
Within 28 days of receipt of your watch you can return it to us in its original packaging together with all guarantees and documentation provided by us to you and you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Furhter, it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are received by us safely and in the same condition as they were received by you. We recommend that you insure against loss, damage or theft. Our returns policy is in addition to any other rights you have under the UK law. The goods must be returned to us within 28 days of delivery. We can provide you with an alternative if required (with a refund or charge if there is any difference in price). Refunds (where applicable) will be credited to the card used for the original purchase after receipt of the returned goods and satisfactory inspection by us delivery charges are non-refundable. Please allow 7 working days for the refund.

Faulty Products
Your Klaus Kobec watch comes with a 5 year movement warranty. If during the 5 year period commencing with the date you ordered the goods, the goods become defective due to a fault covered by the warranty then you may return the goods to us at our address below, and we will repair or replace the goods. If the goods are no longer available we will supply similar goods of similar value. Please contact our Customer Services team and they will advise you regarding sending your watch back for repair or replacement. Please contact

Service & Repairs
Your Klaus Kobec Watch comes with a 5 year movement warranty. If your watch requires a new battery, clasp, strap/bracelet or even a pin please call our Customer Services team for advise. Your service or repair can take up to 28 days but we will always try and get your watch back to you as soon as possible, in some cases repairs might take longer than 28 days as we might be waiting for parts and if we have no parts we will offer you a replacement in line with your original purchase price.

For your own protection and peace of mind we strongly recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.
